In this position, you will work with a fun and close-knit team to assist customers in getting the best medical care a veterinary practice has to offer. You will greet clients, field phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist the staff as necessary.

 

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires quick thinking and a collaborative spirit. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have excellent communication skills. Empathy is paramount.

 

Must-Haves:

• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Proven customer service ability;
• Flexibility and willingness to perform many job duties within the hospital;

• Desire to always learn new things and take the initiative; and
• The ability to multitask and help the team as needed.

 

Nice-to-Haves:

• Veterinary hospital experience; and
• 1+ years of experience in customer service roles.
